Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager for Medical Devices will lead sales activities within the assigned territory, with a focus on promoting Deck Mount Electronics' innovative product portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with healthcare professionals, and meeting revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring sales teams, identifying market trends, and providing feedback to improve product offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Locations : Rajasthan, Gujarat and North East
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and revenue generation
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams
- Familiarity with medical devices, particularly sleep and respiratory products, is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in healthcare is a plus
