Location : Banglore/pune
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
- Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Regular travel within the region for business development
- Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, and proposals
- Secure new orders and renew existing contracts
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (expenses reimbursed by the company)
Experience Required:
๐ 3 to 7 years in industrial/technical sales, preferably in laser machinery or similar capital equipment
Educational Qualifications:
๐ Diploma/Degree in Engineering
๐ MBA or BBM preferred for business development experience
Key Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of laser cutting and industrial applications
- Solid knowledge of industrial segments and buyer behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong in sales negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a natural problem solver
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language
Salary & Incentives:
๐ฐ up to โน15lpa
๐ Higher salary negotiable based on candidateโs competency
