Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context: The purpose of the job is to implement the training architecture and training road map for the assigned region for TPD channels through the team and train sales staff to enhance the productivity of the region with specific capability development interventions.
Job Challenges:
- Customised Delivery & Engagement Matrix to cater to the diversified requirements of large number of Channel Partners
- Allocating the resources in the optimum way to ensure maximum productivity and effective delivery of training programs within stipulated guidelines
- Significant percentage of the training & engagement requirements are ad hoc & not institutionalized.
Key Result Areas

KRA1 Co creation, Implementation & Institutionalization of training architecture at the TPD Zones allocated 1. Provide inputs in designing and development of relevant training programmes for the Sales team & the channel partner by bringing in subject matter expertise on local channel behaviour, people competencies, competitive environment & opportunities.
- Building stake holder alignment & engagement to achieve higher levels of productivity
- Create the desired value proposition for the learners
- Managing the regulatory changes & ensuring faster transitions through establishment of new practices, training on new processes/products, ensure proper assessments of training programmes conducted.
KRA2 Managing Training Delivery 1. Ensure discipline of using standardized content & ensuring that pre defined processes are followed
- Stake Holder Feedback analysis & taking corrective actions thereon.
- Ensuring deliver of the programmes as per the calendar set with strict adherence to the schedule
- Channel specific initiatives to cater to particular needs and challenges pertaining to a particular customer segment directly impacting the top line
KRA3 Stake Holder Engagement & Alignment 1. Continued engagement with critical distributors to analyze their training needs and provide for the same. Self and team members need to exhibit flexibility in catering to different distributors who have different business models
KRA4 Team Development 1. Conducting regular Trainer Development Review – Observing, Feedback & Demonstration
- Correct Actions & Coaching
KRA5 Ensure Timely submission of reports and other training processes as per the guidelines. 1. Ensure that all training related reports are generates reviewed and shared with all stakeholders
