Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the apparel indsutyr in Kerala.
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting for the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful RSM - Kerala should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 10+ years of expertise in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
