Role: Regional Sales Manager – Karnataka
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across Karnataka. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening channel networks, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution to accelerate market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities across contractors, builders, and infrastructure projects
- Build, manage, and expand a strong dealer/distributor network
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay ahead
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the regional sales team
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to ensure consistent growth
Key Requirements
- Strong network with contractors, developers, and project consultants in Karnataka
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze markets and identify scalable growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
