Job Summary :
Hoora Technologies is looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand Hoora Franchisee sales and business development across the assigned territory. Will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer/channel networks, developing market strategies, and ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor/channel partner networks across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure effective territory management and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operations, dispatch, collections, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Execute promotional and business development activities to increase market penetration.
Key Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in Franchisee Development, Sales, Channel Sales, Area Sales Management, or Regional Sales.
- Strong experience in dealer handling, business development, and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and regional market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
