Position Name: Regional Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
To effectively plan to achieve the set business target on all the models for the region.
To develop and conceptualize the sales promotion activity in cooperation with dealers to induce sales
To analyze and develop a blue print for planning and forecasting for demand and consumption pattern of Current / future models and their volume pattern separately
To supervise allocation activity of cars to dealership of the defined region with regards to their past consumption trend.
To ensure the desired segment share for respective regions.
To keep a tab on the market Trend of competitions and SKODA and develop alternative plan as and when required
To mentor dealership team by highlighting gap areas of improvement and suggesting best practices from industry
To ensure Trained manpower availability at dealership as per Brand Requirement
To drive dealer Satisfaction from New Vehicles Sales.
To Supervise the CX scores and guide dealers and team in improving the same
To Ensure customer satisfaction score as per targets.
To Ensure proper and timely addressing of different ongoing organizational challenges relevant to departmental objective a time bound situation
