We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead HVAC sales and business growth across the West Region. The role involves regional ownership, team leadership, solution selling, and end-to-end techno-commercial responsibility in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales for HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Kitchen Exhaust Units, Chemical Filter Units, and allied solutions across the West Region.
- Manage and generate business through a team of sales engineers, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.
- Engage with end-users, consultants, EPCs, and project management companies to generate inquiries and influence product specifications at the tender and pre-tender stages.
- Review project scopes, BOQs, and estimation assumptions to recommend technically and commercially optimal solutions.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Evaluate Tenders / RFQs / Bids from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Lead negotiations and deal finalization, ensuring smooth order execution and effective cash flow control.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve operational or product-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data through regular CRM updates.
- Analyze sales performance using Excel and MIS reports to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Work in a matrix reporting structure, coordinating with regional sales leadership and product managers at Head Office.
Key Skills & Experience
- 15–18 years of total experience in HVAC / MEP / building services sales, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong exposure to HVAC solution selling, including AHUs and specialized air handling systems.
- Proven experience in regional sales leadership and managing sales teams.
- Extensive experience in tender-based sales, RFQ analysis, and techno-commercial bid management.
- Demonstrated capability in negotiation, deal closure, and working capital management.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and strong proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
