Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Business Development
- Drive home loan sales across the region through branches, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase home loan penetration.
2. Team Management
- Lead and manage Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and coaching.
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning.
3. Channel Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate builders, brokers, and channel partners (DSAs).
- Expand the distribution network to increase sourcing of home loan leads.
4. Portfolio & Risk Management
- Ensure quality sourcing of customers and adherence to credit guidelines.
- Maintain healthy portfolio performance and control delinquency levels.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers and developers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quick query resolution.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and schemes.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market trends and customer needs.
