We are hiring for an exciting leadership opportunity with a reputed FMCG brand. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across key western markets.

Regional Sales Manager – General Trade

Mumbai (Head Office)
Market Coverage:
Mumbai | Gujarat | Madhya Pradesh | Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead regional sales operations and drive volume, value, and market share growth
✔ Manage and mentor ZSMs, ASMs, and field sales teams
✔ Build and execute Sales & Distribution strategy across markets
✔ Appoint and develop distributors, expand outlets, and strengthen rural reach
✔ Drive trade marketing execution and optimize trade spends
✔ Manage budgets, manpower planning, and regional sales targets
✔ Track market intelligence, competition activity, and stock movement
✔ Ensure strong coordination with marketing, finance, logistics, and HR teams
✔ Lead automation and sales IT initiatives
Experience:
✔ 20+ years in FMCG General Trade Sales
✔ Strong exposure to regional business management and distributor networks
✔ Experience in scaling new markets and building teams
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
