Regional Sales Manager - GBT Auto South (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity management, and timely deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for OEMs, Tier‑1s, and key customers, review performance and growth potential regularly.
- Build strong, multi‑level relationships across engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership functions.
- Position Klüber’s value proposition using technical expertise, application knowledge, benchmarking data, and ROI‑based selling.
- Leverage Klüber’s test rigs, OEM approvals, and application capabilities to deliver differentiated product and service solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and margin frameworks, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
- Maintain high‑quality CRM pipeline discipline to support forecasting, reporting, and sales governance.
- Support and develop channel partners by improving pipeline quality, technical capability, and adherence to territory and pricing norms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth.
- Identify new product or application opportunities, support trials, and provide structured market and competitor intelligence.
- Ensure effective order‑to‑cash execution, issue resolution, and high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Qualification & Experience
- Engineering degree with a full‑time MBA.
- Minimum 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, preferably in Automotive.
- Proven experience managing OEMs, Tier‑1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL).
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and value‑based selling expertise.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
