Job Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Ocean/Air)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Coordinate with the pricing team to prepare quotations and proposals
- Maintain a solid understanding of freight services, products, and market trends
- Negotiate with clients while ensuring profitability and service excellence
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4–9 years of experience in sales/business development in logistics or freight forwarding
- Basic understanding of ocean freight pricing & rate structures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and convert leads into business
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Ocean Freight / Air Freight sales
- Exposure to international logistics and supply chain processes
