Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager for Gold Loan will oversee and drive the performance of the gold loan sales team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving regional sales targets, managing team performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering team development, and maintaining regulatory compliance in all operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Team management and leadership capabilities to mentor and guide sales teams toward success.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the gold loan market and financial services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking and financial services sector.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
