Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – FMCG
Location: Bangalore (Handling Entire Karnataka)
Experience: 8 – 15 Years
Salary: ₹10 – ₹18 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive sales operations across Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, product launches, distributor management, and team leadership in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales across Karnataka
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute new product launches in the region
- Identify and appoint distributors across key markets
- Manage and develop distributor network for effective coverage
- Lead and handle a team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and field staff
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Expand market reach in Bangalore and upcountry Karnataka
- Implement trade schemes, promotions, and branding activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure proper stock availability and inventory planning
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong experience in product launch and GTM strategy
- Proven track record in distributor appointment and management
- Experience in handling large sales teams
- Must have strong market knowledge of Bangalore & Karnataka
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Qualification:
- Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
