Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in ELV Systems, RFID, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm Systems. Based in Surat, Mumbai and Pune, the role includes both in-office work and the flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include managing regional sales operations, driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales teams. The Regional Sales Manager will also conduct market analysis, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in ELV Systems, RFID, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm Systems
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating sales teams
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing hybrid work responsibilities
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the digital security or technology sector is a plus
