Role Description:
- Drive AV business growth and achieve revenue targets across Gujarat through strategic customer and partner engagement.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and key customers.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and solution-selling discussions.
- Travel extensively across Gujarat to expand market presence and strengthen customer coverage.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates, and collaborate with internal teams for successful execution.
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Passion for technology-driven products and solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and effectively position AV and emerging tech offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
