Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, and meeting regional sales targets. This role also entails identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing market analysis, and ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and other departments. The individual will also represent the company at industry events to strengthen the company's market presence and achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including effective negotiation and the ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative sales environment.
- In-depth market analysis and strategic planning skills to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.
- Experience in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of biotechnology, diagnostics, life sciences, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
