Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee regional sales activities including developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities will also include building and mentoring a sales team, identifying market opportunities, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical abilities for monitoring sales performance and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of cooling or HVAC solutions is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
