Regional Manager - Settle Furniture | Tamil Nadu Dealer Network
Vaanam Furnishings Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our Settle brand dealer network across Tamil Nadu.
What you'll do:
- Manage 250+ dealers across 6 zones (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tanjavur, Tirunelveli)
- Drive sofas, wooden furniture, and modular furniture sales
- Achieve aggressive revenue targets through dealer activation
- Lead sales team, collections, and territory planning
What you bring:
- 9+ years B2B furniture/building materials/consumer goods dealer sales experience
- Proven track record managing large territories
- Strong Tamil Nadu network across furniture retail
- Data-driven with excellent negotiation skills
Location: Coimbatore (TN-wide travel)
Compensation: ₹10-15 LPA + performance incentives
