Tvisha Jewlz is a premium find jewelry brand specializing in polki, diamonds, and bridal pieces. Crafter in Jaipur sold across Mumbai l, Hyderabad, and Indore. Our brides come to us for heirloom pieces and our relationships with them last decades.
Role Description
This is not a traditional floor manager position. We are NOT hiring someone to stand on the showroom floor and personally close walk-ins though you will do that too.
We are hiring someone to build the sales infrastructure across our four cities - lead capture systems follow up cadences, CRM, conversion analytics referral programs and team training. Today, much of this lives in associates' heads and Whatsapp threads. Your job is to make it a system.
you will report directly to the founders and have authority to design, decide, and deploy.
What you will own in your first 12 months
- Build a structured lead capture process for every walk in an inquiry across all four cities.
- Run a CRM or pipeline system that gives leadership visibility into every active lead
- Design and operationalize a multi-touch follow-up candence - day 0, 2, 5, 10, 30 - buy ticket size and bridal timeline.
- Lift walk-in-to-second-visit conversion from current baseline to define targets
- Design and launch a structured referral program
- Set up weekly funnel dashboards
- Lead, train, and develop show showroom sales associates across cities
- Analyze lead source ROI and recommend marketing reallocation
- personally handle our highest value bridal clients when escalation is needed
Who you likely are
- Customer experience or sales operations lead from a modern jewelry brand
- Boutique Manager or a Senior Sales Lead from a premium designer wear brand
What do you bring?
- 5 to 10+ years in sales with at least three years involving system building (CRM lead capture follow up design or sales reporting)
- Comfort with spreadsheet, dashboards, and basic data analysis
- Experience training and developing sales associates
- Strong spoken, English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel to Mumbai, Hyderabad and Indore
