Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Responsibilities include managing and expanding the distributor network, overseeing sales performance, leading and mentoring the sales team, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage insights, address customer needs, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis and strategy execution.
- Leadership skills, team management, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Experience with distribution network management and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast revenue to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Previous experience in regional sales management, preferably in FMCG or tea/beverage industries.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
