Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a network of distributors and sales teams, identifying and capturing new market opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that the company’s products maintain a competitive edge in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Revenue Generation
- Experience in Distributor Network Management and Team Leadership
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Relations
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in Reporting and Performance Metrics Analysis
- Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad and travel across designated regions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages of the operational region is an added advantage
