Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Guindy. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales flow, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Other day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring sales metrics, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and identifying market trends to ensure sustainable growth. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT or AV solution with Sales Planning, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales or data management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the regional market and industry trends is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Salary
- 4.5 to 14 Lakhs CTC + Incentives. Negotiable based on experience
