🚀 Hiring: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Affordable Housing Finance
📍 Location: Mumbai
🌍 Region Coverage: Rest of Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai & Pune)
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
🔹 Driving regional sales growth for Home Loans, LAP, and secured lending products
🔹 Expanding and managing DSA, connector, builder, and channel partner networks
🔹 Leading and mentoring Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and sales teams
🔹 Achieving disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets
🔹 Identifying new market opportunities and driving branch productivity
🔹 Coordinating with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams for seamless business execution
🔹 Ensuring healthy portfolio quality and collection efficiency across the region
🔹 Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer acquisition strategies
🔹 Preparing MIS reports, business reviews, and regional sales forecasts
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, Banking, or Affordable Housing Finance
✔ Strong expertise in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products
✔ Proven experience in regional sales management and team handling
✔ Strong DSA and channel partner network across Maharashtra preferred
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to independently drive business growth and achieve aggressive targets
✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
Qualification:
🎓 Graduate in any discipline
🎓 MBA / PGDM preferred
