We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – South India

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our photographic lens business across South India. Based in Bengaluru, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our distribution network, and strengthening Tamron’s leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Regional Leadership
- Drive sales performance across South India
- Lead planning, forecasting, and execution to exceed targets
Network Expansion
- Manage and grow distributor & dealer network
- Identify and onboard Key Opinion leaders for increasing reach
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct field visits and analyze regional trends
- Report on market share, competitor activity, and grey market dynamics
Competitor Benchmarking
- Track pricing and technology trends
- Provide actionable insights to leadership
Brand Activation
- Lead workshops, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Align with camera OEM developments for market readiness
Reporting & Administration
- Deliver structured weekly, and monthly reports
✅ Requirements
- 10+ years in sales management experience in consumer durables, or consumer electronics industries is highly preferred.
- Based in Bengaluru, Chennai
- Proficiency in South Indian languages
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Deep understanding of the channel sales
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India
