The Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy within a designated region to achieve ambitious revenue targets for entire LED display portfolio. This role requires a specialist who understands the nuances of the Digital Out of Home (DOOH), Indoor/Outdoor LED, and Rental market segments, and can strategically position our Dahua and custom manufactured products as the preferred solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
Target Achievement: Exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and profitability targets for the region.
DOOH & Retail Focus: Drive adoption of our high resolution fine pitch and flexible LED solutions specifically within the DOOH media owners, Retail chains, System Integrators, and large Corporate clients.
New Business Development: Aggressively prospect and secure new key accounts and large
scale projects, immersive, and integrated' philosophy into tangible business wins.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and well qualified sales pipeline across all product lines and market segments using the company CRM.
2. Market & Product Expertise
Industry Leadership: Serve as the regional subject matter expert on LED display technology, market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies in the DOOH, Rental, and Fixed Installation segments.
Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling, technical, and strategic product presentations and demonstrations to C--level executives, technical teams, and creative agencies.
Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the technical and pre--sales teams to create tailored, sustainable, and high--impact display solutions that meet complex client requirements.
3. Relationship Management & Channel Development
Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long--term relationships with existing high--value clients and strategic channel partners (System Integrators, Distributors).
Cross--Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Event teams to leverage promotional activities and convert event leads into sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in the LED Display, Digital Signage, Audio--Visual (AV) Integration, or Digital OOH (DOOH) sector is highly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of various LED display technologies (Fine--Pitch, Indoor, Outdoor, Flexible) and their application in the Indian market, particularly for OOH/Retail environments.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English and *Local Regional Language, if applicable+.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) within the assigned territory.
