Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities and teams within the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring market trends, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborating with the senior management team to drive business growth. Additionally, the role requires regular travel within the region to ensure effective territory management and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to strategize, meet sales targets, and develop new market opportunities.
- Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and training for sales team members.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitor analysis, and adapting to industry trends.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
