Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in JABALPUR. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities include devising and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and expanding the company's market presence. The role requires effective team management, training, and motivation to ensure consistent performance and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Regional Sales Management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Training, and Motivation
- Excellent Communication, Relationship-Building, and Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills for Market Trend Analysis and Sales Performance Monitoring
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur M.P. and travel within the assigned region
