Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of sales professionals to drive performance. You will oversee the onboarding of dealers and partners, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to the growth and expansion of our services. Regular travel within the assigned region and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and team leadership
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of the mobility, insurance, or related industries is an advantage
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience in onboarding and managing dealer or service partner networks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
