Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Manager – Sales to aggressively lead revenue generation, strengthen client relationships, and manage high-performing sales teams across the region. This role requires strong execution capability, hands-on sales involvement, and the ability to consistently deliver targets.
Role Split:
- 60 % – Revenue Generation & Business Growth.
- 20 % – Client Relationship Management.
- 20 % – Sales Operations & Team Management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth (Core Focus)
- Drive aggressive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting, field sales, and networking.
- Personally contribute to closures and support the team in deal conversions.
- Build, track, and continuously strengthen the regional sales pipeline.
- Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities to expand business footprint.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent engagement and service quality.
- Drive renewals and upselling opportunities across existing accounts.
- Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations efficiently.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, manage, and drive performance of sales teams across multiple branches.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales capability and productivity.
- Build a high-performance, target-driven, and disciplined sales culture.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Ensure strong CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and reporting discipline.
- Monitor MIS reports and derive actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Coordinate with HO (Surat) for reviews, planning, and target alignment.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
Market Presence & Business Development
- Represent the organization at local events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Strengthen regional presence through on-ground business development activities.
Required Skill Set

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record in target-driven sales roles within BFSI or similar high-performance environments.
- Experience in handling large teams and managing regional sales targets.
