Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Indore. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, develop and drive sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of business development initiatives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and monitoring competitor activities will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training
- Strong Networking, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Territory Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
