Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Pune Division. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the region, develop and execute sales strategies, and work to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and ensuring consistent performance across the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams effectively
- Skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the proptech or real estate sector is a plus
