Role Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire high-value clients, and expand market presence. This is a field-intensive, individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets consistently.
- Track and report performance using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) :
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate or interior design sales.
- Applications without relevant domain experience will not be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in handling high-value deals (₹15L+ preferred).
- Field sales experience is mandatory.
- Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Compensation & Benefits :
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
