We’re expanding quickly across India and looking for a results-driven sales leader to grow our presence in [Region].
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, build a strong customer base, and establish Soulera as the leading personality-insights brand in [Region]. You’ll drive revenue growth, develop channel partnerships, and lead local sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet national growth targets.
- Identify and penetrate new markets and segments: B2C, B2B, HR consultancies, coaching institutes, career counselors, etc.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of individual and organizational customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales pitches to close deals.
- Recruit and onboard channel partners, resellers, and affiliates.
- Recruit, train, and manage field sales / business development executives (if applicable).
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Track competitor activity and emerging opportunities in AI, ed-tech, wellness, HR-tech.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 7 years of sales experience.
- 3 years in regional/territory sales or team leadership role.
- Experience selling B2C apps, ed-tech, wellness, HR-tech, AI/SaaS, or consumer tech is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong results-driven sales mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Territory and pipeline management skills.
- Strong relationship-building with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Comfortable using CRM / sales tracking tools and basic computer skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
