Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing regional sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver regional revenue targets across reselling and services portfolios
• Drive new customer acquisition across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Expand services penetration and solution-led growth within existing accounts
• Lead and mentor Account Managers and sales teams in the region
• Build strong CXO-level relationships, especially within BFSI and regulated industries
• Position IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and digital transformation solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and services teams for deal shaping
• Maintain strong pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, and deal review processes
• Ensure commercial rigor, margin focus, and timely collections across accounts
• Strengthen OEM, alliance, and partner relationships within the Ahmedabad ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10–15 years of experience in IT products and services sales
• Strong experience selling both technology reselling and IT services solutions
• Proven experience managing enterprise and mid-market customers in Ahmedabad
• Strong exposure to BFSI and other regulated industry segments
• Experience managing regional sales teams and driving performance targets
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins, and deal structuring
• Ability to engage senior CXO stakeholders and influence large deals
Preferred / Good to Have:
• Experience working with large BFSI institutions, NBFCs, or insurance firms
• Exposure to infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and managed services
• Strong OEM and hyperscaler relationship management experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; MBA preferred
