Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India, for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across PM-KUSUM, Solar Park, Utility-Scale, C&I, and rooftop segments.


Key responsibilities include building strong Developers, EPC and channel partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring the regional sales team, and providing ongoing training and support. The role also involves tracking market trends, competitor activity, and creating actionable plans to drive sustainable growth.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the solar industry (preferred).
  • Proven sales and business development expertise, including EPC/channel management and lead generation.
  • Experience in working with PM-KUSUM Component A & C, Solar Park, or Utility-Scale projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
