Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in Mumbai. The role involves driving sales, managing distributor networks, and ensuring strong retail execution in a highly competitive, regulation-driven market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive primary and secondary sales across the Mumbai region
- Appoint, manage, and grow distributor network
- Ensure strong retail visibility, placements, and brand rotation
- Plan and execute trade schemes, promotions, and activations
- Monitor market performance, competition, and pricing
- Lead and manage on-ground sales teams
- Ensure compliance with state excise and distribution norms
Key Requirements- 5+ years of experience in liquor / alcoholic beverages sales (MANDATORY)
- Strong network with distributors and retailers in Mumbai
- Deep understanding of Maharashtra market dynamics
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and market expansion
- Excellent negotiation and team management skills
