Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region. Core responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, setting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, team leadership, and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Account Management skills, including experience with client relationship building and business development.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to identify opportunities and establish actionable sales strategies.
- Team Leadership and Communication skills to motivate and guide sales teams, as well as maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales performance analytics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity.
- Knowledge of the AI and technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
