The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing business development activities, and overseeing the performance of the sales team within a designated geographical region. This role involves strategic planning, market expansion, key account management, and achieving revenue targets customer.

The details of your role as a Regional Sales Manager will be as follows:
โข Formulate strategies to meet sales targets based on market analysis and business goals.
โข Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to forecast demand.
โข Set and achieve revenue targets for the region.
โข Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and area managers.
โข Regularly evaluate team performance against targets and provide constructive feedback.
โข Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
โข Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
โข Identify and onboard new distributors or retail partners to enhance market coverage.
โข Ensure an optimal inventory level across the distribution network to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
โข Analyze regional sales performance to identify opportunities and address challenges.
โข Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches.
โข Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management. Supply
โข Communicate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

โข 8-10 years in sales, with at least 3-5 years in managerial role, preferably in the mobile handset or technology sector
โข Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue goals and sales targets
โข Expertise in negotiating terms with distributors, retailers, and other partners
โข Deep understanding of the mobile handset industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
โข Strong knowledge of mobile handsets, features, and technology
โข Experience in leading and motivating sales teams
โข Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
โข Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
