Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager. The role involves managing and driving sales performance within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee field sales operations, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets and understanding sales principles
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage sales pipelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Team management experience, including mentoring and training sales representatives
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector and related industries is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and oversee regional operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
- Candidate must have at least 10-15 years of experience in Agrochemical Industry.
