Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Barrackpur-II. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated region, develop and implement sales strategies, and work towards achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a sales team, analyzing sales data, and reporting on progress to senior management. The candidate will also ensure the region's alignment with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Operational knowledge of FMCG industry trends, especially in organic and non-organic product lines
- Proficiency in using CRM software and report generation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
