Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand RoboGenius footprint across the assigned region. The candidate will drive institutional sales for STEM labs, LEGO robotics programs, Arduino innovation labs, and coding curriculum integration.
The role requires strong B2B institutional sales experience, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of school partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve regional revenue targets for STEM & Robotics programs
- Drive sales of LEGO robotics labs, Arduino-based innovation labs, and coding curriculum solutions
- Develop territory-wise growth strategy
2️⃣ Institutional Sales & Partnerships
- Build relationships with school principals, trustees, and management
- Present RoboGenius STEM solutions including LEGO robotics modules and Arduino hands-on learning kits
- Close large institutional deals and annual contracts
- Promote annual STEM lab setup projects
3️⃣ Team Leadership
- Recruit and manage regional sales executives
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Provide training on product knowledge (LEGO, Arduino, STEM solutions)
4️⃣ Market Expansion
- Identify new school networks and clusters
- Expand presence in CBSE, ICSE, and International schools
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel networks
5️⃣ Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Provide sales forecasts and revenue planning
- Coordinate with academic and operations team for lab installation and implementation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in Institutional / School Sales
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong understanding of STEM / Robotics / EdTech solutions
- Willing to travel within assigned region
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling STEM Labs / Robotics Kits / LEGO Education Solutions / Arduino-based labs
- EdTech / School Lab Setup experience
- B2B Institutional Sales background
