Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building relationships with clients, schools, and educational institutions. The Regional Sales Manager will monitor market trends, analyze performance, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to align goals. The role also involves creating presentations, conducting client meetings, and offering recommendations to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including knowledge of sales strategies and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and performance assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the education industry and related technologies, such as robotics, STEM programs, or coding
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably within education or technology sectors
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed to meet clients and partners
