About the Role:
As a Sales Manager – CNG, you will play a key role in driving B2B customer acquisition and building strong partnerships within the automotive ecosystem. This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage sales, deliver on revenue targets, and contribute to consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B acquisition by onboarding fleet partners including logistics companies, aggregators, and corporate fleets (passenger and heavy vehicles)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong pipeline of fleet customers
- Achieve 100% revenue targets through consistent performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer acquisition and delivery
- Ensure availability of inventory and maintain quality standards in retrofitment processes
- Monitor workshop productivity and operational efficiency
- Track costs and ensure adherence to budgets
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in heavy vehicle or automotive sales
- Strong ownership mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools
- Willingness to travel extensively
