Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, monitoring regional market trends, and achieving specified sales targets. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of sales representatives, analyzing sales data for strategic decision-making, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Collaboration with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals is also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Expertise in team leadership, training, and performance management
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and strategic sales planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the healthcare or diagnostics industry is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
