We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Cattle Feed Industry 🐄🌾
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team in the cattle feed industry. If you have a passion for agriculture, strong market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales, we’d love to connect!
📍 Location: Punjab/Haryana/Tamil Nadu/Bihar/Karnataka
💼 Experience: 5–10 years in sales (preferably in cattle feed/Agri-input industry)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and motivate the sales team
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in Agri-sales, especially cattle feed preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
