### About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Regional Sales Manager* with strong experience in *Generator / Genset Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling **direct client sales* and business development activities across industrial and commercial segments.
### Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and business development for Diesel Generators / Gensets across assigned regions.
* Handle direct B2B client acquisition and relationship management.
* Generate new business opportunities from corporate, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial clients.
* Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop market expansion strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client servicing.
* Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.
### Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in *Genset / Generator Sales*.
* Must have experience in *direct client handling* (Dealer sales experience will not be considered).
* Strong exposure in corporate/B2B sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Candidate should have experience working with reputed brands such as:
* Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
* Mahindra Group
* Cummins Inc.
* Willingness to travel across regions as per business requirements.
