Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role located in Indore. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive regional sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing sales teams, and reporting regional performance. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market research, sales strategy development, and competitor analysis
- Effective team management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to work in an on-site role based in Indore
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial analysis is a plus
