Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Ameerpet with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets, develop strategies to drive business growth, and maintain strong client relationships in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, managing and mentoring sales staff, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery and coming up with innovative solutions to tap into market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Management
- Proficient in Market Analysis, Account Management, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, and Leadership skills
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with periodic travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Past experience in financial services, banking, or lending industries is an advantage
