Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager basedfor Mumbai. Candidate Must be from Laminates or Plywood Industry The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their designated region, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Other responsibilities include managing a sales team, tracking performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaboration with internal departments to align sales activities with organizational goals is expected.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Strong business development and market research skills to identify new opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM software
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities for managing and motivating a sales team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the building materials or related industry is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
